Our CEO

Robert Jordan is more than just a visionary executive leader; he is an

architect of organizational growth and transformation. Presently he is

CEO of Tribeca Capital Partners, a private investment and strategic

consultancy firm delivering financial, strategic, and operational solutions

to middle-market companies. With a rich tapestry of experience spanning 25 years, Robert’s journey is punctuated by his ability to identify trends and anticipate market shifts while seamlessly blending entrepreneurial exuberance and growthminded

metrics-driven executive leadership.

 

Prior to Tribeca, Robert was CEO at several companies spanning technology, business services, logistics, and consumer products. His professional journey has focused on strategy development; operational restructuring and transformation; and organizational leadership enabling him to rebuild underperforming companies into purpose-driven world-class organizations. Robert's endeavors have always been underscored by a profound insight into organizational culture and team dynamics. He believes that the soul of a company lies in its people, and to that end, has made building cohesive, forward-thinking teams a hallmark of his leadership. Cultivating cultures that emphasize innovation, adaptability, and mutual respect, Robert’s leadership ethos has not only driven corporate successes but also created thriving work environments. As an Investor, Advisor or Board Member, Robert has played an integral part in helping organizations drive significant shareholder value:

• CRO, BiasSync, a science-based SaaS platform designed to help organizations more effectively assess, manage and mitigate unconscious bias in the workplace.

• CEO, HB Brand Partners, a full-service retail frozen food product development company (acquired by Artisan Chef Manufacturing Co.).

• CEO, Yoi Corp, a Cloud-based Employee Engagement and Predictive Analytics on-line platform (acquired by HighGround).

• CEO, KMS Software Company, a SaaS-based Human Capital Management automating the new employee on-boarding process (acquired by SAP AG).

• CEO/Founder, Platinum Automotive Group, a retail automotive dealership group (acquired by Superior Nissan, LLC.).

• CEO, Mega Village, a B2B online marketplace for Asian manufacturers and domestic retailers (acquired by Internet Capital Group – ICG).

• CEO, Fulfillment Services Inc, a full-service fulfillment, distribution, and logistics company specializing in trade and eCommerce fulfillment (acquired by Fisher Electronics).

 

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Robert rose through the ranks of The Walt Disney Company becoming head of Business and Strategic planning responsible for budgeting, planning, and forecasting for Disney’s $3 billion Home Entertainment division. He began his career in sales with the Pepsi-Cola Company.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University, as well as an Entrepreneurship Certification from UCLA. Robert currently serves on the Boards of SRAX, Inc (Nasdaq:SRAX), Refuse Specialist, FentonFouth Capital Partners, and Crescent Staffing Solutions.
